Robbins, Reginald Alfred

Enlisting with the Queen's Own Rifles, September 13, 1943, Pte. Reginald Alfred Robbins went overseas to join the North Nova Scotian Highlanders, going to France July 28, 1944. He was wounded September 5, of the same year, recovered and returned to battle early in December of 1944, and was killed in action at Uden, Germany, February 22, 1945. He is buried in Bedburg of that country. Born in Brantford, October 9, 1914,

Reginald attended the Brantford Collegiate Institute and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Robbins, Brantford. He married Jean Hynds, of Paris and had a son, Reginald Wayne, whom he had never seen.
