Kids Programs
We have free programs for kids of all ages. From storytimes and singalongs with babies to science, technology and arts and crafts events for older children. Most programs are drop-in, which makes it easy for busy parents and caregivers!

Children's Space at Main Branch
Our Main Branch has nearly 10,000 square feet of space dedicated to children.The space is open during all open hours. While in the space, families can play with a LEGO wall, a rigamajig set, a giant Connect Four game, and kid-friendly computers loaded with learning activities.
The Children's Space is located next to our MakerSpace, where you can borrow coding and maker kits, use a 3D printer or make your own buttons with our button maker (button maker must be checked out with your library card).
There are nearly 25,000 books for kids of all ages, plus pre-loaded learning tablets, family-friendly DVDs and more.

Our Get Ready for Kindergarten program helps prepare kids ages 3+ for kindergarten.
Multiple sessions of this popular eight-week program run throughout the winter and spring. These sessions are now full.

Special Events
Throughout the year, we offer several special events featuring the best children's and family entertainers. These events are great for the entire family. Kids can also join the TD Summer Reading Club in the summer and earn great prizes just for reading.
Learning and Homework Help
