Dwyer, Thomas
Pte. Thomas Dwyer, 24, son of Mr. James Dwyer, 128 Peel Street, was officially reported to have died of wounds about October 29, 1944. He enlisted with the Royal Hamilton Light Infantry and served two and a half years in Newfoundland before going overseas. At the time he was fatally wounded he was serving as a sniper with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders.
